I've often reflected on the phenomenon known as "pretty privilege" as being the foremost of all privileges next to wealth. Most people in society are granted a pass into exclusive niche communities when they can present in a way that appeals to the basic human senses of "better than" and "higher up by birth. "

The notion of birthright is something that is found in all cultures are the round and greatly impacts the social mobility of the individual who is thought to possess qualities and characteristics that are beyond cultivation and therefore a matter of being entitled by nature itself to a higher status than those around them.

There is also the question of what each culture considers to be the most appropriate expression of beauty according to standards that are often derived from a long period of survival whether in congruity or by contrast. One such example would be the consideration that a person is beautiful because their hair and eyes are as dark as the Raven's or Skin as white as a Dove's, and another example of the contrast would be that one is fat and pale meaning that they were not the ones toiling in the Sun whereas peasants would have in an Agrarian society.

The question of what sexual appeals to us is also complex, as there are certainly factors that are a part of hardwired biology, but also factors that are a part of cultural sentiments that really don't align with nature. I find myself wondering what is next for humanity when we have exhausted the positions around society's base functionality that were once given to those who had the merit and dedication, now to those who have the trending appearance and the gift of the gab yet none of the substance.

This in a sense is a deeper sociological look into the framework of society and how crucial it is to base the longevity of that system on credibility rather than baseless posterity.
